Rehabilitation - The goal of our Rapid Recovery Program is enable our patients to recapture their independence and return to home. Patients reside is cozy private rooms with easy access to their nurses and rehabilitation gym. Soon after your admission work one-on-one with a licensed therapist who will assess your needs and develop a customized recovery plan designed improve your ability to walk and do activities of daily living maximize your independence and preparing you to return home.

Nursing Care - Nursing care is an integral part to your recovery from any acute hospital stay. Our experienced nursing team will create a customized care plan in consultation with your physicians to manage your chronic and acute illnesses and to reduce your risk for future hospitalizations which can jeopardize your recovery.

Memory Care - West Janisch offers peace of mind for families caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias, our secure memory care neighborhood called Tranquility.
Tranquility Neighborhood requires key pad entry and exit creating a safe secure environment for our residents. Our staff is specially trained in caring for individuals with memory care needs and our programs will be specially designed to meet our Tranquility resident’s unique needs.
